Duties & Responsibilities
As a Delivery Expert you are the mechanism for delivering fast and delectably delicious pizzas to our customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency are essential. You must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make ethical judgments and timely decisions.
- Take inventory, stock ingredients in delivery area, storage, and walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
- Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
- Accurately perform basic math, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator as needed.
- Comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-pedal.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements
- Daily tasks are performed on foot; walking surfaces include tile and linoleum in food process areas. Work surface height is typically between 36" and 4" (inconsistent formatting in source; interpreted as standard working height).
- Deliveries may require lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional handling of bulk products two to three times per week.
- Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair usage may be required.
- Hand-eye coordination required for shaping dough, using dough tools, and packing boxes.
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to an insured vehicle available for delivery
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards
