Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating all types of forklifts safely and efficiently, including stand-up, sit-down, cherry picker, and reach lift forklifts
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate bulk picking
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in a warehouse setting
• Ability to follow safety protocols and industry standards consistently
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology
• Previous experience in a bulk picking or warehouse environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor forklift maintenance
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year operating forklifts and performing bulk picking duties in a warehouse or logistics setting

Other Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends or overtime as needed
