$180,000 to $250,000 per year

• Guide all aspects of day‑to‑day multi‑site warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of nearly 500 warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same‑day shipping.
• Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of management experience in high‑volume distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
