Forklift Operator

NCW is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations for our Professional, Scientific & Technical Services clients. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, performing basic equipment inspections, accurately picking orders, and updating shipping/receiving documentation. You'll work closely with warehouse leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance checks on forklifts
• Accurately pick, stage, and organize orders for shipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including documentation and labeling
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines in the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Communicate with warehouse leads and supervisors on inventory and workflow
• Support daily production goals and meet productivity standards
