What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will help perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and light repair work while learning and growing with our team.
Responsibilities- Performing oil changes, fluid services, filters, bulbs, batteries, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
- Assisting with tire repair, tire replacement, balancing, and related services
- Completing vehicle inspections and documenting findings clearly
- Identifying maintenance needs, safety concerns, and visible vehicle issues
- Assisting experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics when needed
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Following shop procedures, safety standards, and service processes
- Using basic tools and equipment properly
- Communicating clearly with service advisors, technicians, and management
- Learning proper repair procedures, inspection habits, and diagnostic basics
- Working as part of a team to help provide a great customer experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest in cars, trucks, maintenance, and repair
- A good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude
- Basic mechanical ability or prior hands‑on experience
- The ability to follow instructions and complete work carefully
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced shop environment
- A team‑first mindset
- A valid driver’s license
Previous automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right person. Experience as a lube technician, tire technician, apprentice technician, shop helper, student technician, or junior technician is a plus.
