Position Type:
Full-Time, possibly Half-Time; including Retire-Rehire status.

Salary: $44,540 to $80,000 Per Year

Math Instructional Coach:
Elementary

The instructional coach will work alongside teachers to strengthen instructional practices, analyze student data, support curriculum implementation, facilitate professional learning, and foster a positive culture focused on continuous growth and success.

• Coaching and supporting teachers through planning, modeling, and feedback
• Facilitating PL Cs and professional development
• Assisting with data analysis and instructional decision-making
• Supporting curriculum implementation and instructional best practices
• Collaborating with campus leadership to improve student outcomes
• Mentoring and supporting new teachers

• Valid Texas teaching certificate
• Minimum of three years successful classroom, teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Experience leading professional development
• Experience analyzing student achievement data
• Masters degree and/or leadership experience

Note:

This position is funded through grant funds and is contingent upon continued grant funding availability, and program requirements.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
