Maintenance and Project Manager

As the Maintenance and Project Manager
, you will lead all maintenance functions and capital project initiatives within the facility. You will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, drive continuous improvement, and manage the planning and execution of capital projects.

You will be located at PPG's Gainesville, TX Plant and will report to the Plant Manager.

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program.
• Ensure high equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for equipment failures.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs.
• Manage maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
• Seven or more years of experience in operation, maintenance, or engineering with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and leading projects.
• Ability to use Auto Desk or equivalent software.
• Experience with CMMS, SAP, Maximo, Micro Main, or similar systems.
