Qualifications- Must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Material Science, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or 12 years equivalent related experience in lieu of degree.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in an engineering‑related field, Systems Engineering, Requirements Management or Requirements Validation and Verification.
- Willing to learn how to translate product requirements into product specifications and assist with creating compliance matrices under guidance.
- Basic ability to read and understand 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models, with support from senior team members.
- Able to create simple written communications (e.g., emails, reports) and use standard office equipment (e.g., computer, printer).
- Able to read and understand basic technical documents and instructions.
- Possesses clear verbal communication skills in English to work effectively with the team.
