• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patients
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent documentation and patient education skills
