, an تكج Business, is seeking an exceptional Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at our Gainesville, TX manufacturing site. As a seasoned leader with 5‑8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance management, and project management, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and prioritizing critical issues and opportunities to drive long‑term success.
- Initiate and implement technical process improvements, proactively preventing and resolving manufacturing issues affecting safety, equipment efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
- Manage the local CAPEX program and develop a robust asset maintenance plan including preventative, predictive, and autonomous care processes to support business continuity.
- Participate in the annual budget process, ensuring CAPEX projects adhere to best practices—gather bids, assess suppliers, coordinate contractors, manage budgets, oversee installations, test, document, and comply with safety protocols.
- Create Preventative Maintenance plans and LOTO procedures, support commissioning of new equipment, and aid implementation of Predictive Maintenance programs to reduce downtime and unexpected repair costs.
- Leadership skills: empower and collaborate with the team, influence peers, and execute best practices; hands‑on, proactive technical support to production and maintenance staff.
- Technical proficiency:
Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP, Office 365 tools, SharePoint, AutoCAD 2D, Solid Works. - Leadership style: boots‑on‑the‑floor mentality, strong project management, documentation skills, continuous‑improvement mindset, servant‑leader culture.
- Business acumen: lean manufacturing/continuous improvement/5S, PFMEA experience, capital‑projectébergement budgeting; certifications a plus.
The compensation for this position typically ranges from $102,000 to $166,000 per year. The base pay offered is based on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and internal furnished equity. Short‑ and long‑term incentive compensation may be included.
