This position contributes to our vision by:
- Reads basic/simple blueprints and other written material, then responsible for layout and building of development components or sub assemblies along with first articles with or without the aid of tooling.
- Prepare and paint various materials to match customer trim and finish definition may be required.
- Maintain a high quality of workmanship and assumes responsibility for work performed in assigned duties.
- Shadow Senior EDL Technicians and take direction from experienced team members to learn assembly processes and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

CandidateSkills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Any prior exposure to manufacturing, assembly, or technical environments is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn to read and interpret blueprints.
- Exposure to measuring tools, micrometers, and calipers is a plus but not required.
- Must have experience with hand tools, wrenches, screwdrivers etc.
- Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
- Ability to read and review written communication.
- Prefer knowledge of navigating through CATIA or related CAD system.
- Must be able to read and interpret moderately complex blueprints.
- Basic computer knowledge is helpful; willingness to learn Microsoft Excel preferred.
