• Develop and monitor the Fabrication & Machining team process.
• Manage maintenance and practice of safety standards.
• Monitor parts production by implementing new ideas and innovations which will produce quality parts while controlling cost.
• Ensure that all machinery is maintained in safe and good working condition.
• Control manpower to insure cost centers are properly manned to achieve schedule requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Business, Engineering, etc.) or 6 years related experience.
• At least five years' experience in production processes, machinery, and equipment related to sheet metal fabrication, plastic forming technology, foam and adhesive/upholstery assembly, welding applications, and/or metalworking technology.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience as a supervisor and/or superintendent in similar related work.
• Must have experience maintaining a flow schedule of parts through the shop.
