Responsibilities- Develop and monitor the Fabrication & Machining team process.
- Manage maintenance and practice of safety standards.
- Monitor parts production by implementing new ideas and innovations which will produce quality parts while controlling cost.
- Ensure that all machinery is maintained in safe and good working condition.
- Control manpower to insure cost centers are properly manned to achieve schedule requirements.
- Provide training and directions to employees.
- Encourage employees to improve skills and seek opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related area (Business, Engineering, etc.) or 6 years related experience.
- At least five years' experience in production processes, machinery, and equipment related to sheet metal fabrication, plastic forming technology, foam and adhesive/upholstery assembly, welding applications, and/or metalworking technology.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience as a supervisor and/or superintendent in similar related work.
- Must have experience maintaining a flow schedule of parts through the shop.
