We're recruiting experienced Production Shift Supervisors for a growing 24/7 manufacturing facility. We have multiple openings, including Direct Hire and Temporary/Contract opportunities.
Competitive Pay (DOE). Schedule
12-hour rotating shifts. Current openings on Days and Nights. Flexibility to work either shift is preferred.
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in a 24/7 production environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Experience with safety, quality, production, scheduling, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or process improvement initiatives is highly preferred
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office); ERP/SAP experience is a plus
