Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Gainesville, TX

Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise store operations in the Store Manager's absence and direct staff to meet department responsibilities;
Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; provide guidance to employees and customers across all departments;
Maintain awareness of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability; uphold customer service standards;
Produce and deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise and services offered by Hibbett I City Gear
