* * We're looking for a driven, people focused Field Sales Development Representative (SDR)
* to help expand our presence in emerging and rural markets. This role blends
* inperson relationship building
* with
* strategic outbound outreach*, making it a perfect fit for someone who thrives on facetoface interactions, problem solving, and generating new business opportunities.
* What You'll Do
* * Conduct
* 30-40 inperson visits per week
* to independent restaurant owners and local merchants within your assigned territory
* Travel within an
* approx. 80mile radius
* to engage with prospects; occasional planned overnight travel may occur (rare)
* Use phone outreach when lead locations fall outside ideal travel range-balancing both channels to maximize coverage
* Blend activity expectations through a combination of
* calls, emails, and onsite visits*, making up missed activity in one channel with performance in another
* Coordinate closely with regional sales teams to avoid overlapping efforts and ensure seamless handoffs
* Educate merchants on available solutions, identify pain points, and
* set high quality meetings
* for Account Executives
* Maintain reliable followthrough, detailed recordkeeping, and consistent communication with prospects and internal teams
* What Success Looks Like
* Field SDRs are evaluated on a combination of activity, consistency, and impact:
* * Activity Excellence:
* calls placed, touches made, and inperson visits conducted
* * Conversion Metrics:
* connection rate, response rate, meetings set
* * Meeting Quality:
* completed meetings and showrate reliability

* qualified opportunities created and downstream closes influenced
* Compensation & Incentives

* What You Bring

* * 1+ year
* of customer service or sales experience
* Comfort speaking with business owners, especially in restaurants or small business environments
* Self-motivation and confidence conducting inperson visits
* Ability to travel across local territory and manage your time effectively
* Nicetohave: experience with
* Salesforce*, outside sales, or field prospecting

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
