Climate Express Drivers make America Great one Mile at a time. Drivers typically run long routes in the middle corridor of the United States and are never dispatched for mountainous or New York City routes.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic truck
• Ergonomic seat, 70 L /96 W sleeper
• Large built‑in refrigerator, auxiliary power unit, dual antennas
• Flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radio

• Deliver dry van and reefer loads (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat)
• Perform one pick/one drop or drop and hook operations
• Maintain 100% no‑touch freight compliance
• Regularly meet with managers and dispatchers (24/7 support)
• Ensure safe and legal driving; adhere to company safety protocols

• W‑2 company with medical, dental, life, vision coverage
• Paid vacations, 401(k) plan, detention/layover pay

• Top performers earned over $100k last year

• Minimum 23 years of age
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Willingness to drive OTR routes
• No more than 4 serious driving incidents
