We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Warrenton, VA area.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You will receive competitive base compensation plus weekly bonus payments, sometimes totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. The base rate is negotiable and we offer paid training, so no experience needed.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep our customers' vehicles operating safely.
• Perform additional service tasks to meet customer‑promised delivery times and provide quality service.
• Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of the guaranteed hourly rate.
