NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We’re looking for a full‑time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Warrenton, VA area.

Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers’ vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our technicians reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis’s Alignment Technicians also complete state‑mandated inspections, perform oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities.
• Preferred:
  Holds a valid state inspection license.

Physical requirements:

The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and performing repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
