Schedule: 40 hours per week, Permanent, Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 per year plus bonus
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a leading construction company. This opportunity sits in the client's Manassas, VA office. This is a full-time opportunity. Successful incumbent will have 3+ years of payroll experience.
Responsibilities:- Process payroll for our employees on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure that they are accurate and up to date
- Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and accounting
- Bachelor's or associates degree is a plus
