Your Role as Road-Trip Hero- Safely transport our little learners to and from school, ensuring every ride is a happy, secure adventure.
- Create a fun, character-building vibe on the bus with kid-friendly music and positive language.
- Keep your vehicle in top shape with daily inspections, ensuring it meets state licensing and DMV standards.
- Monitor behavior, document any concerns, and keep the director in the loop to maintain a smooth ride.
- Greet authorized pick-ups with a smile, ensuring safe handoffs every time.
- Stay sharp with in-service training, staff meetings, and parent events to stay connected with our community.
- Keep certifications, licenses, and paperwork up to date, rocking compliance like a pro.
