Description- Supervise and manage daily on-site operations of concrete construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Oversee the scheduling and delegation of tasks to the construction crew.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management as needed.
- Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to address challenges effectively.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that work meets specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and material usage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
- Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
- Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
- In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
- Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
