DAY-TO-DAY

In this automotive customer service position, you play a vital role in the success of our automotive company. As customers come in, you warmly welcome them and assist with any questions or concerns. The majority of your time is spent answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, advising customers, managing loaner vehicles, taking payments, and checking customers in and out. Your calm demeanor and strong customer service skills aid you in this position.

You also lend a helping hand wherever needed and enjoy seeing your efforts keep our company operating on an efficient level!
