Client Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Client Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the smooth flow of orders and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will use their problem-solving skills and sound judgment to enhance the customer experience and support our company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team dashboard and views to complete tasks and keep orders moving.
- Identify and remove internal roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use sound judgment to resolve issues, reduce delays, and enhance the customer experience.
- Organize daily activities to ensure clients' needs are met through closure using provided tools.
- Respond to emails promptly and courteously, within the industry standard of 4 hours.
- Develop professional working relationships with field offices, co-workers, and vendors.
- Follow all standard processes to completion to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop an understanding of the transportation industry as it pertains to clients.
- Accurately complete all assignments necessary for the company's daily business needs.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Demonstrate core values: respect, commitment, collaboration, and results.
- Balance client requirements with company policies and operational procedures.
- Possess skills to move easily from one responsibility to another as needed.
- Work with the team to solve issues and complaints using company strengths.
- Effectively spot issues, trends, and opportunities using knowledge, facts, and data.
Essential
Skills:
- 1 to 4+ years of client support or high-level admin experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and ability to follow through to completion.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- 2 years post-secondary education preferred.
- 2 years' equivalent work experience considered in lieu of education.
- 1 year of experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, VA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.75/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
