The Manicurist role is a full-time, on-site position located at Gossip Nails & Spa in Gainesville, VA. The Manicurist will perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and nail enhancements while maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients about desired nail styles, providing nail art and design services, and recommending appropriate nail and hand/foot care.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing appointment times effectively, and supporting a positive, friendly atmosphere in the spa. The Manicurist will collaborate with other team members and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Strong Nail Care and Nails skills, including manicures, pedicures, and basic nail treatments.
• Knowledge of Cosmetology practices and safety standards relevant to nail and spa services.
• Ability to create Nail Art and designs that meet diverse client preferences.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client comfort.
• Relevant cosmetology or nail technician license or certification, as required by local regulations.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work on-site in Gainesville, VA.
• Experience in a salon or spa environment and familiarity with sanitation and sterilization procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions safely.
