Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team! In this role, you’ll help enrich the daily lives of residents through one-on-one engagement, supportive care, and meaningful interaction. Your presence will bring warmth, comfort, and connection to those who call our community home.

• Provide compassionate personal care support and warm companionship to residents.
• Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
• Offer meaningful one-on-one interaction to enhance residents’ emotional well-being.
• Assist in planning and supporting activity programs for residents.
• Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instructions.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the clinical team to support resident care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the care plan or clinical team.

• A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with people.
• Compassion, patience, and a desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
