We are looking for a Mid-Level APPs / OSS-BSS Support Engineer with experience in Oracle Communications environments
, including BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, and Order Management
. The candidate should have solid hands‑on experience in application support, production troubleshooting, monitoring, KPI analysis, documentation, maintenance support, and 24x7 on‑call operations
.
The role requires strong coordination skills to work with customers, internal teams, and vendors
, along with good knowledge of Linux/Unix, cloud‑native platforms, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and monitoring tools
. Exposure to OSS/BSS, BRM core nodes, and real‑time charging / billing flows is highly desirable.
This is also a remote LATAM‑based role supporting LAD/EMEA operations
, with availability for rotational shifts, weekend support, and maintenance windows
.
Spanish and English are required.
Our preference is to have these resources based in Chile
. However, we are open to considering candidates from the broader LAD region if they have the right skills and solid O&M experience in those domains.
