- Operate and monitor gel pack machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Replace machine parts when required and communicate with the manufacturer for technical support if necessary.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and stack gel pack pallets for freezer storage according to production quotas.
- Maintain inventory levels of machine parts and request replacements or new parts as needed.
- Accurately report daily production output and input data into the internal computer system.
- Operate a pallet jack and safely lift up to 20 lbs as part of regular duties.
- Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in machine operation/troubleshooting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to ensure effective communication within the team.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
