Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel performance

Actively participate in Quality Assurance and ensure Infection Control programs

Ensure customer service standards are being met within the nursing department and policy and procedures

Implement any new resident care programs or expansion of existing services policies and procedures

Provide orientation for the nursing department and in-service training for employees

Qualifications for an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (RN - Registered Nurse):

Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions Current CPR Certification Previous managerial experience (preferred)
Excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
