What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans.
Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition.
Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence.
Accept CNA assignments as staffing needs require. Perform CNA duties as assigned.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in Virginia Previous experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient, and encouraging demeanor
