Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Restorative CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Gainesville, VA
What You’ll Do:- Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans.
- Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition.
- Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence.
- Accept CNA assignments as staffing needs require. Perform CNA duties as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in Virginia
- Previous experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and encouraging demeanor
- Supportive leadership and team culture
