Overview
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items such as breakfast, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age‑restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well‑stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
- Keep stores clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am – 6am.
