Beauty Advisor  will welcome clients with warmth, provide personalized consultations, and offer expert product recommendations to support clients’ confidence journeys. You are a beauty pioneer who embraces every shade and fosters Belong to Something Beautiful.

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by providing tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
• Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journey.
• Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
• Drive results by aiming to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain a beautiful store environment by supporting inventory, merchandising, and keeping the space clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and contributing to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours.
• Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
• Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

• Experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The hourly pay range is $21.75 - $24.88, with actual pay based on qualifications, experience, and location.
