Required:

Must have prior supervisory experience with the ability to effectively lead and support a team.

+ We are seeking Supervisor candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.

+ Excellent Communication

Skills:

Clear and effective communication is essential.

+ Proficient Computer

Skills:

Basic computer knowledge preferred.

+ Flexibility:
Must be available for weekend shifts.

** Requirements:*
* + 5 years of security supervisor experience

+ 3-5 years of Data center experience

+ Pass a drug screen and background check.

+ Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Supervisors.

+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

** Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites.

** Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.

** Handle Physical Demands:
** Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
