• Manage entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and ensure secure and safe premises.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Provide information and assist visitors or the general public on the premises, ensuring high levels of customer service and public interaction.
• Cooperate with law enforcement, first responders, and public safety officials during investigations and emergencies.
• Enforce the client's property rules and regulations to ensure peace and safety on the premises.
