Captain, Site Security, Security

Securitas is hiring a Captain to lead daily security operations at client sites. In this role, you will supervise security officers, coordinate posts and patrols, and ensure consistent protection of people, property, and assets. You will respond to incidents and emergencies, complete detailed reports, and enforce client and Securitas policies. The Captain serves as the primary on-site contact for clients, promoting a professional, customer-focused security presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security officers at assigned client site
• Coordinate daily post assignments, patrols, and access control
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; complete clear reports
• Ensure compliance with client procedures and Securitas policies
• Train, coach, and mentor officers on safety and security protocols
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and visitors
• Conduct inspections, risk observations, and security audits
• Support incident investigations and evidence preservation
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation in required systems
• Promote a professional, customer-service focused security presence
