Field Manager vFootball Tournament

Prep Redzone is America's #1 Event Operator for Football Events. Hosting many tournaments all over the country this year, we specialize in premium experience for prospects and players at all levels of competition.

The Field Manager position is responsible for facilitating a great on the field experience for participants in our 7 on 7 tournament. We are looking for someone who understands the rules of football and can communicate effectively to create a great environment for players, coaches, officials and spectators.

Event: Prep Redzone Duel in the DMV

Date: Saturday-Sunday, February 28th-March 1st

Location: Gainesville High School and Patriot High School

Address: 13150 University Boulevard, Gainesville, VA/10504 Kettle Run Road, Nokesville, VA

Work Hours: Saturday February 28th - 6:30am-8:30pm;
Sunday March 1st - 6:30am-6:00pm

Pay Rate: You will be paid $18/hour for this position. A $10 meal stipend will be added for up to 4 meals ($40) or meals may be provided.

• Facilitate an exceptional on-field experience for all participating athletes.
• Interpret field/football rules and regulations (you will receive a copy of the rules.)
• Coordinate communication between referees and coaching staff to ensure a smooth and efficient game pace.

• Football Knowledge:
  Comprehensive understanding of football rules and regulations.
• Professionalism:
  High level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, coaches, and athletes.
• Punctuality:
  High level of punctuality to ensure events begin on schedule.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a football coach or official is highly preferred
