Warehouse Delivery Driver

, with a midpoint of $21 per hour.

As a Warehouse Delivery Driver, you will start your day by assisting with receiving stock and nonstock items, making sure that specifications, quantities, and quality are correct. You will keep the warehouse clean and organized, prioritizing safety and sanitation. Throughout the day, you will prepare orders by pulling stock, load and unload delivery vehicles, and transport a variety of materials to customers over scheduled and unscheduled routes.

You will operate delivery vehicles, including trucks, vans, and forklifts, and ensure that all vehicles are maintained for safe operation. Customer service will be integrated into your routine, from greeting customers in the store and answering phones, to proactively communicating about orders and developing rapport with regular clients. You will maintain accurate delivery records, participate in physical inventories, and handle all warehouse functions as needed.

The Warehouse Delivery Driver role is full-time and operates under the direction of the Branch Manager. You will work a consistent schedule, ensuring that warehousing and delivery operations run smoothly throughout your assigned shifts. Specific work hours and shifts will be discussed during the interview process.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in material handling of durable goods, including hazardous materials, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience with a wholesale HVAC/R or similar industry (preferred)
• Safe driving skills and the ability to operate trucks, vans, forklifts, and material handling equipment
• Ability to consistently deliver professional customer service
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Math aptitude, including calculating margins, discounts, and percentages
• Computer literacy and the ability to use point-of-sale systems and web-based tools
• Ability to work productively both in a team and independently
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
