Description

We’re hiring a Parts Clerk to support our shop and maintenance team. No direct parts experience? That’s okay — we’re willing to train the right person.

This role is a mix of inventory, organization, and hands‑on support.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing parts and supplies
  • Help maintain accurate inventory in our system
  • Work the parts window — supporting mechanics and team members with what they need
  • Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality
  • Stock and organize the parts room
  • Deliver parts/materials to the shop or job sites as needed
  • Help track orders, returns, and inventory levels
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with basic data entry and record keeping
What We’re Looking For
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working on a computer (basic data entry)
  • Able to stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills — you’ll be working with vendors and team members daily
  • Mechanically inclined or interested in learning (a plus, not required)
  • Reliable and self‑motivated
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Comfortable driving a pickup truck (F‑250 or similar)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

    Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
