# Van Loader-Warehouse supportHQ - Gainesville, VA 20155## Overview Salary Range $14.00 Hourly## Description The Van Loader / Warehouse Support team member is responsible for preparing delivery  vehicles, staging delivery materials, loading vans accurately and efficiently, and supporting  daily warehouse operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all delivery routes  are properly prepared and depart on schedule while maintaining a clean, safe, and  organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able  to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting.  
** Key Responsibilities
** Delivery Preparation & Van Loading  
• Set up and organize delivery totes according to route assignments.  
• Stage ice, coolers, and other delivery materials for local and regional routes.  
• Load delivery vans accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are secured and  organized for transport.  
• Verify that all required items are loaded before vehicle departure.  
• Coordinate with the routing, packing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely route  readiness.  
** Warehouse Support*
* • Assist with organizing and maintaining staging areas, loading docks, and warehouse  work spaces.  
• Support the Pick & Pack team with loading operations as needed.  
• Help move, organize, and restock materials, supplies, and equipment within the  warehouse.  
• Assist with general warehouse duties to support daily operational needs.  
** Cleaning & Safety*
* • Clean and sanitize loading areas, staging zones, and workstations after loading  activities are completed.  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with  company safety and sanitation standards.  
• Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company policies and procedures.  
• Report any equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to  management promptly.## Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  
• Previous warehouse, shipping, loading, or logistics experience is preferred but not  required.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for early morning shifts.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.  
** Physical Requirements*
* • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements  throughout the shift.  
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold storage environments as needed.  
• Ability to push or pull carts, totes, and other warehouse equipment safely.
