Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant (Full-Cycle Accounting):

• Process payroll for ~70 employees using ADP

• Manage full-cycle AP, including vendor payments and 1099s

• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and expense reporting

• Prepare accruals and support month-end close

• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant (Full-Cycle Accounting):

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• ADP experience required;
Net Suite and Concur a plus

• Strong month-end close and full-cycle accounting experience

• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
