A. Wheat & Sons, Inc. is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and improve efficiency within our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team, ensuring effective communication, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications to facilitate effective workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain records of office expenses and report on budget and financial performance.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Assist with HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic I.T. Troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
  • Plumbing and or HVAC experience is a plus.
