Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant II for our Facilities & Real Estate Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As an Executive Assistant II, you will:

Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings

Prepares yearly schedules for Board, Town Hall and Executive Staff meetings

Manage and coordinates office and administrative functions

Coordinates and leads special projects

Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives

Leads and supports committees as designated

Coordinates data collection, compilation and submission

Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential

Qualifications include:

High School Diploma or GED required

Associates degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an office setting required

Pay Range:$50,778.00 - $If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
