Anchor Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support bidding, procurement, and administrative functions within our Marketing & Business Development team. This role assists with bid documentation, submissions, subcontractor outreach, compliance tracking, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate bid documents, submissions, and proposal materials
- Support SOQs, RFPs, RFIs, and subcontractor outreach (MBE/WBE)
- Track compliance documents, insurance, bonding, and certifications
- Maintain electronic project files and procurement records
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
- 3–4 years of administrative or procurement support experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
