Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage the reception area
  • Coordinate office needs such as ordering and stocking supplies, arranging conference rooms, and assisting with interviews
  • Process incoming mail
  • Assist with planning and execution of office activities (lunches/holidays)
  • Communicate with building management regarding facility issues
  • Assist with managing customer reviews
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $22 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Full-Time)
