Position PurposeThe primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations, optimal communication lines, and effective program management. This role involves coordinating hiring support, credentialing, filing processes, problem-solving, and assisting with ad-hoc special projects.
What You Will Do- Provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations and optimal communication.
- Coordinate hiring support, credentialing, and filing processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
- Assist with calendaring, compiling, summarizing, and formatting data for reports and database systems.
- Prepare complex reports, narrative documents, presentation packets, and informational materials.
- Provide backup coverage for other administrative support positions.
- Handle travel arrangements and oversee meetings and event planning as needed.
- Maintain and update transportation schedules.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred. - Data entry and scheduling experience preferred.
- One (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; strong Excel skills critical.
- Superior written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage in physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting.
