Capture Manager Opportunity
Drive the capture of business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start‑up, and execution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Qualifications- Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts within the DoW or Intelligence Community
- Experience developing cyber solutions for the DoW and Intelligence Community in the cyber operational domain
- Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
- Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
- Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes
- Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with DoW acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholders
- Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
- Experience briefing executive‑level stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive, and often multitasking environment
- Ability to communicate multi‑step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and business acumen skills

Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, qualifications, and organization requirements. The posted range represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits; paid leave; professional development; tuition assistance; work‑life programs; and dependent care. Eligibility for benefits is for full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week.
