Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Trane Technologies, a leader in sustainable climate solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Gaithersburg, MD office. In this role you will plan, coordinate, and control operational activities, manage service agreements and repair work, procure labor and materials, and coordinate customer interactions with field technicians and service managers.
Location:
Gaithersburg, MD office – On‑Site (5 days a week).
- Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to projects.
- Schedule personnel, materials, sub‑contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Create quotes for evaluation and break/fix service work.
- Interact and communicate with Service Managers and Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
- Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills – comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Organized with ability to multi‑task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Detail‑oriented and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime / weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
Annual Base Salary Range: $48,291.66 - $78,100.00
