Senior Operations Research Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and statistical analyses supporting logistics and business operations.
• Perform modeling, simulation, optimization, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze supply chain, sustainment, engineering, manpower, and operational processes.
• Develop analytical products, dashboards, and leadership briefings.
• Support process improvement and organizational assessments.
• Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven findings.
• Collaborate with Government and contractor stakeholders to implement solutions.

• Experience with operations research methodologies.
• Experience with modeling, simulation, statistics, or data mining.
• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or operational environments.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to Baltimore, MD as required.

• Prior USCG, DHS, DoD, logistics, maintenance, or fleet support experience.
• Experience supporting strategic planning and organizational assessments.
• Experience producing dashboards and executive briefings.
