Role DescriptionThe Executive Coach is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Gaithersburg, MD, focused on coaching private practice owners, clinic managers, and emerging leaders to build more profitable, efficient, and sustainable businesses. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions, facilitating training workshops, and guiding clients through business planning, leadership development, and operational improvement. The Executive Coach will assess client needs, develop tailored coaching plans, provide actionable feedback, and track progress toward defined business and personal goals.
This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine coaching frameworks, contributing to educational content, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and outcomes. The Executive Coach is expected to model strong leadership, communication, and accountability while creating a supportive, results‑oriented environment for clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Coaching and Business Coaching skills, with experience helping leaders improve performance and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Executive Management and Coaching expertise to support practice owners and managers in strategic decision‑making and leadership development.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to deliver workshops, group sessions, and educational programs effectively.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and support clients constructively.
- Candidates should demonstrate business acumen in areas such as operations, finance, team management, and growth strategy, ideally within healthcare or professional services.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities, and proficiency with common digital productivity tools.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, organizational development, or a related field, and/or professional coaching certification is beneficial.
- Prior experience as a business owner, executive, or senior manager in a private practice or small business environment is a plus.
