Pratum Co. is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to perform lease administration and certification duties across our multifamily portfolio.
The role requires up to 100% travel to on-site communities nationwide, including regional travel near major airports in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. You will manage tenant interviews, verify income/assets, calculate rents for renewals, and coordinate annual/interim recertifications while ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8
